1. Our content
Original editorial content on MarijuanaPressRelease.com is owned by Diplomat Holdings Group LLC unless stated otherwise. Our editorial team may use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, for research, drafting or editing. Every editorial article is reviewed and approved by a person before publication, and our editors are responsible for it. We cite and link to original sources rather than copying them.
2. Customer-submitted and republished content
Organizations that submit press releases, announcements, travel content or event listings must own, or have permission to use, all the text, logos and images they provide. When we republish a company release we did not receive directly, we record the company's permission first. Each submitter is responsible for any infringement in the material they supply.
3. Designated copyright agent
Send copyright notices and counter-notifications to our designated agent:

Please use the subject line "Copyright Notice."
4. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe material on the Website infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice including:
- your name, organization (if any) and contact details, including mailing address, email address and telephone number;
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- the exact web address (URL) of the material on our Website;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
5. Review and removal
We review each complete notice promptly. We may remove or disable access to the material while we review it, notify the person or company that supplied it, and keep a record of the outcome. Incomplete notices may delay our review.
6. Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notification to our designated agent. It must include:
- your name, address and telephone number;
- identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Where the law allows, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notification, unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.
7. Repeat infringers
We may refuse future submissions from, and end services for, submitters who repeatedly provide infringing material.
8. Other rights complaints
Trademark, privacy or other non-copyright concerns may be sent through our Contact page. We will review them under our Corrections and Editorial Independence Policy.
