MarijuanaPressRelease.com ("the Website," "we," "us") is operated by Diplomat Holdings Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in Georgia, United States. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Website and any publishing services you purchase or request through it. By using the Website or submitting content, you agree to these Terms.

MarijuanaPressRelease.com is an online information and publishing platform covering the cannabis industry. It offers independent news and editorial coverage, company press-release publishing, new-product announcements, sponsored travel features, cannabis travel content and event listings. Paid publishing services are clearly separate from our independent editorial coverage. The Website does not sell, ship, deliver or dispense cannabis or any cannabis product. It does not facilitate, broker or process cannabis transactions. Content on the Website is general information only and is not legal, medical, financial or tax advice.

You may browse the Website if you can lawfully do so where you live. To buy or submit a publishing service, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), you must be authorized to submit content on behalf of the organization you name, and you must accept these Terms. Submission forms require you to confirm each of these points before anything can be submitted, and our systems reject submissions without those confirmations. You must provide accurate contact and company information.

• Independent editorial content. News, analysis, guides and editorial features are chosen, researched and written by our editorial team. They cannot be purchased, and no one can pay to influence, change or remove them. Payment for any package never guarantees independent news coverage.
• Customer-supplied content. Press releases, new-product announcements, travel press releases, sponsored travel features and event listings are supplied by the submitting organization. They are labeled to show they come from that organization, and sponsored material is clearly labeled as sponsored. Publishing them is not an endorsement.

Packages, prices and what each one includes are listed on our Pricing page, which forms part of these Terms. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are one-time charges; there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Packages can be ordered online through the Website, and payments are processed securely by Stripe. A package shown as unavailable or as a future offering cannot be purchased. We may change prices or packages in the future, but changes do not affect a purchase already completed.

A paid package covers editorial review of your submission and, if approved, publication on MarijuanaPressRelease.com in the section described for that package. Unless a package expressly says otherwise:

• we do not distribute your content to outside news services, wire services or media outlets;
• we do not guarantee media coverage, pickup, traffic, leads or sales;
• we do not guarantee that search engines will index your page or rank it in any position.

Published pages are generally kept available, but we do not promise that any page will stay online permanently or unchanged. We may archive, update, label or remove content as described in these Terms and our policies.

A person on our editorial team reviews every submission, free or paid, before anything is published. We may approve it, ask for changes, or decline it. Payment does not guarantee publication. If we decline a submission, refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may make minor spelling, grammar, formatting and readability edits without asking. We will not make material edits that change the meaning of your content without your approval.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• the information is accurate and not misleading;
• you own, or have permission to use, all text, logos and images you provide;
• the content complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including cannabis advertising, marketing, labeling and consumer-protection rules in every jurisdiction where you operate;
• any named people or organizations have agreed to be named where their consent is required.

We will decline or remove content that, in our judgment:

• offers, promotes or arranges the sale, delivery or shipping of cannabis where it is unlawful, or across state lines;
• is directed at or appeals to minors;
• makes medical, health or therapeutic claims that are not supported by reliable evidence, or claims that a product treats, cures or prevents a disease;
• is false, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful or obscene;
• infringes another party's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• includes personal information about others without their permission;
• contains malicious links or code, or exists mainly to manipulate search engines.

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant Diplomat Holdings Group LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, format, archive and share your submitted content on the Website and its associated social sharing features, for as long as it is published and for reasonable archival and legal purposes afterward. You are responsible for the content you supply, and you agree to compensate us for claims arising from content that breaches these Terms (indemnity).

Website design, editorial content, logos and other material created by us belong to Diplomat Holdings Group LLC or its licensors. You may share links and short quotations with attribution. You may not republish our editorial content in full without permission.

Corrections to content and requests to remove it are handled under our Corrections and Editorial Independence Policy. Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright and Takedown Policy. We may remove or label content at any time if it breaches these Terms or the law.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to its processing. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, including full refunds before editorial review begins or when we decline a submission, 50% refunds for cancellations after review begins and before publication, and no refund once content is published as ordered except for service errors, incorrect charges or rights required by law.

The Website and its services are provided "as is" and "as available." Customer-supplied content reflects the views of the submitting organization, not ours. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Diplomat Holdings Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchased service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase already completed.
