• Press Release — issued and paid for by the company named.
• Industry News — independent editorial content, not paid placement.
• New Product Release — a company product announcement.
• Sponsored Content — paid promotional features, always clearly labeled.

Independent editorial articles are kept distinct from paid press releases and sponsored content. Payment never guarantees independent news coverage.

• Accurate, newsworthy and attributed to a real company and contact.
• Submitted by someone aged 18+ who is authorized to act for the named organization and accepts our Terms of Service.
• No unverified health or medical claims.
• No claims about where cannabis is legal unless supported by official sources.
• Submitters must own or have rights to all images.
• No hateful, misleading or unlawful content.

A person on our editorial team reviews every submission before publication. We may request changes or decline submissions that don't meet these guidelines. We may make minor spelling, grammar, formatting and readability edits; material edits that would change the meaning of customer-supplied content require the submitting customer's approval.

Errors in published content are corrected as described in our Corrections and Editorial Independence Policy, with a dated correction note for material corrections.
